Retirement System and Implementation
1.
The Company promotes the occupational safety and health management system. Since 2019, it has been converted and certified by SGS certification company, and obtained ISO45001 (valid from November 24, 2022 to November 24, 2025) and CNS45001 certificates.

The Taiwan Conference on Epidemic Prevention, Production Safety and ESG was held to formulate guidelines for epidemic prevention and safe production in Taiwan and create a healthy and safe working environment.

Regularly convene the occupational safety and health committee and discuss the company's safety and health policy with labor representatives, commit and pursue the goal of zero injuries, zero occupational diseases, zero accidents, and create the best working environment for all employees.

Plan and promote the operations related to safety and health in the factory. In 2023, we won the "Occupational Safety and Health Personnel Merit Award from the Ministry of Labor" and the "New Taipei City Industrial Safety Award Individual Dedication and Contentment Award - Special Excellence" from the New Taipei City Government.

According to the "Guidelines for Implementation of Disaster-free Working Hour by Business Units", Huyue Plant has participated in the disaster-free working hour record competition, and by the end of 2023, it has reached 13,274,504 disaster-free working hours; Dingpu Plant has recorded 2,868,049 disaster-free hours.

Industrial safety: A Safety and Disaster Prevention Center is set up at the Tucheng headquarters. Each plant can exchange safety messages instantly, provide immediate safety and disaster prevention information, and can establish dedicated response teams based on disasters such as typhoons or pandemics. Emphasis is placed on emergency response personnel training, thus strengthening the Hon Hai Group’s safety and disaster prevention system.

Security and Fire Protection System Management: Managed the factory safety and security equipment, and constructed the industrial safety cloud and other modules to ensure that the software, hardware, and management mechanisms for the factories are in normal operation. Electric equipment such as switch panels in the plant were tested with an infrared thermal imager, and a thermal infrared imaging promotion team was established. A total of 21 personnel completes the test report on a regular basis. Problems are identified and improvements are made, effectively reducing the hidden dangers and risks of fire in the plant.
8.
Occupational health: Inventory the physical and chemical hazard characteristics of each unit in accordance with the annual safety and health management plan, and complete the operating environment monitoring plan including a sampling strategy. The operating environment is better than the legal requirements. Completion of four major programs (unlawful workplace violations, human-factor hazards, maternal health protection, and overwork) with reference to legal guidelines to protect employees from occupational diseases and unlawful violations.
9.
Education, training and activities: In 2023, a physical check-in event was held for the "Taiwan Factories Safety, Health and Health Month". The themes of the event included: belief in positive energy, physical breakthrough (fire extinguisher training, firefighting water jet, smoke escape, electric bus escape safety, environmental protection and recycling, and human health) (construction, seminar, emergency response, and improvement proposal), a total of 11,249 people participated in a total of 10 events. In addition, a total of 25 safety and health proposals were processed to jointly optimize and enhance the safety and health of the colleagues' workplaces and provide a friendly workplace.
