The Group identified stakeholders and material topics in accordance with the AA1000 Stakeholder Engagement Standards (AA1000 SES) and determined the environmental, economic, and social material topics of concern to our stakeholders so we could respond to their demands and expectations. Members of the Sustainability Committee assessment team identified stakeholders based on their importance and relevance to Group operations, confirming our seven stakeholder groups to be employees, clients, shareholders/investors, suppliers/contractors, government institutes, NGOs, and the media. In order to strengthen communication with all stakeholders, the Group has established various communication channels with our stakeholders to listen to their feedback, understand their expectations toward the Group, and learn from their strengths. The annual status of communication with various stakeholders in 2024 was reported to the Board of Directors on May 14, 2024. Selection of stakeholders, communication frequencies, issues of concern, and responses from the Group are shown in the table below.
